The idea of the project is to prepare employers theoretically and
practically to employ disabled people (mainly with physical disabilities).
The unemployment problems of disabled people are felt painfully by
disabled people that make 5% to 8% of EU population. The project
methodology–development of educational programme’s module is Analysis
for training, Formulation of aims, Formulation of content, the choice of
appropriate methods and planning of time schedule, Preparation of
methodical materials, Starting of training process and Evaluation of
results. The project will increase the opportunity to involve people
with disabilities in the labour market. Each partner will gain the
knowledge of the situation with employment of disabled people in partner
countries, and mechanism of stimulation of entrepreneurs to employ them.
